Class information

We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality fitness experience possible.  Your pole journey starts in Level 1 Pole then you move into Level 2, once inversions are mastered you'll move up into Intermediate and Advance Pole and Spin Pole. Each level is an 8 week session.  We also offer Open Pole on Saturday's for just $10.00 to practice what was taught in classes.

We offer fun parties on the Pole for any occasion----Bachelorette Party, Night Out Party,  Divorce Party, Birthday Party, Work bonding/let loose Party. Group Fitness.  Any reason to have a get together and get on the pole and have a great time we offer it here for you.  We offer parties for large groups over 1 hour and a parties for smaller groups for less than an hour. 

We offer multiple workshops through the year:  Burlesque Chair classes, Cardio dance routines, Pole Flows, Floor Flows, Heels classes and Pole Spin classes.  We also offer Holiday themed workshops.  Be sure to get on our mailing list and follow us on social media and like our content so you will get the most updated information on our classes and workshops.
